Our fees vary from 6.5-10%, with the current average being 8%. Charging this fee enables us to take on the risk of reselling the home and to cover costs like repairs, cleaning, maintenance, utilities, insurance, and taxes while we’re holding the property. We also incur the costs that you would normally pay on your own like realtor commissions and staging costs, etc.
